Privacy Policy

This is a plain-language description of what the StraightKim service at straightkim.com collects and why. Short version: only what we need to verify your eligibility and hand you the indicators.

1. What we collect

• Telegram login details — your Telegram ID, name, and username, provided by the Telegram login widget when you sign in.
• Verification details you submit — the email address and MT4/MT5 account number from your account with our partner CFD broker.
• Your TradingView username — where indicator access is granted.
• Partner-list data — as the broker’s introducing partner we receive a list of clients registered under our partner code (name, email, account number, registration date, deposit status). We use it solely to check eligibility.

We never see or ask for your broker account password, trading positions, or payment card details.

2. How we use it

To verify that your broker account qualifies, to grant and manage indicator access on TradingView, and to message you on Telegram about the service — verification results, access updates, and occasional announcements. Blocking the bot on Telegram stops the messages.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your data and we don't share it beyond what running the service requires: your TradingView username is used on TradingView to grant access, and messages are delivered through Telegram. Nothing you submit here is sent back to the broker.

4. Storage and retention

Data is stored on our own server and kept while you use the service. Admin screens mask personal details by default. If you want your data deleted, contact us and we'll remove your records — note that deleting them also removes your indicator access.

5. Cookies and embeds

We set one session cookie to keep you logged in for up to 90 days (logging out clears it right away) — no advertising or analytics trackers. The pages also load Google Fonts and, on the landing page, Telegram's login widget; like any embedded service, those providers receive your IP address when their content loads.
