Terms of Service

Last updated: July 19, 2026

These terms cover the StraightKim service (“we”, “us”) at straightkim.com. By logging in and using the service you agree to them.

1. What the service is

StraightKim grants free, invite-only access to the Straight Kim indicators on TradingView to traders who opened an account with our partner CFD broker through our partner (introducing-broker) code. The broker is named on your dashboard after you log in. It is a free membership perk, not a paid product — there is nothing to buy here.

2. Eligibility

Access requires a live trading account with our partner CFD broker, opened under our partner code. We verify this against our partner client list using the broker email and MT4/MT5 account number you submit. If your account was opened without our partner link, you can ask the broker's support to reassign it — see the Help page. We may decline or end access when eligibility can't be confirmed or lapses.

3. One account per person

One broker account and one TradingView account per person. Access is personal and non-transferable: sharing indicator access, lending your TradingView account, reselling, or redistributing the indicators (including republishing or copying the scripts) is not allowed and is grounds for removal.

4. Not financial advice

The indicators are analysis tools. They are not financial advice, a trading signal service, or a promise of results. Trading leveraged products such as FX and CFDs involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Every trading decision you make — and its outcome — is yours alone.

5. Third-party services

The service depends on Telegram (login and messages), TradingView (where the indicators run) and our partner CFD broker (eligibility). Each has its own terms, and we don't control them. We are an independent publisher: not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView, and the broker is a separate company responsible for its own products.

6. Changes and termination

We may change, pause, or discontinue the free access program, or update these terms, at any time. Meaningful changes will be announced through the service or Telegram. We may revoke access for breach of these terms — sharing, redistribution, or misrepresenting eligibility.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or interruptions caused by the third-party platforms the service runs on.
